Was just browsing daft today and noticed a commercial property looking for key money - thought this was a thing of the past or is it still common enough?

Its still around in some cases where a particularly good fitout is included. You need to ensure you own the fit out and that it is very useful to you.

Another case where there is a long term fixed low rent, though quite rare these days, a few still exist.

Otherwise say no.
