Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hey guys

Just wondering if anyone ordered a Asus TF700 Infinity from the states? And if so did you get any extra charges (Customs, VAT) when it arrived?

Just weighing up my options on what to get at the moment, either a TF300 now or wait until the TF700 releases but I'm no where paying 700+ for it

    Thanks

Because its 540E from the states and 680 from any were in Ireland, so If i do have to party customs its the same as the Irish price, if i don't its 140 cheeper!

Not worth a risk in my opinion, what will you do if there will be a problem with the device ?

At least you know that Komplett will deal with you directly to get an issue sorted asap.

It's still covered by warranty, if there's a problem you send it back, there really quite good to deal with, yea there is more of a pain replacing if there is a problem, but its a small risk for a considerable saving.
I guess ya gotta way up your risks and benefits and make your own decision.
