Phone line not working but broadband ok

Hi there, I have Vodafone at Home Broadband but the phone line is not working for the past week while the adsl line is connected. The broadband is working perfectly though. When I plug the phone line in directly to the socket it is fine but when I plug in the broadband with it nothing. We can't receive calls as they are…

Hi there,

I have Vodafone at Home Broadband but the phone line is not working for the past week while the adsl line is connected. The broadband is working perfectly though.

When I plug the phone line in directly to the socket it is fine but when I plug in the broadband with it nothing. We can't receive calls as they are going directly to voicemail. I have changed the splitter and the adsl cable but no improvement.

Has anyone any suggestions as to what I can do next?
