    Hi there,
I can only tell you the bit I know about progesterone levels. GP told me that any reading above 30 is good because it indicates that ovulation has occurred.

Fertility specialist told me she would like to see it rise to 50/60 plus in order to help with implantation.

Before clomid my progesterone level was 19.1. 50 mg eventually boosted it up to 37.7 and luckily I conceived at that. I had to take progesterone pessaries for the first 12 weeks because they were concerned about that level but not overly so.

I've read about others conceiving at levels of 30+ here without any problems.
Hope that helps. At the time I tried to do research online but most sites give information on American readings which are different to ours here.

I had a lap also in feb,got my bloods done in june and my day 21 progesterone was 49.5,I got pregnant the next cycle in july and I am currently 7 weeks,I had a stuck right ovary and some patches of endo and cyst.I was about to start clonid when we got our bfp after 19 months ttc.I thinnk what i've heard is anything over 30 is ok on a unmedicted cycle and they would like to see up to 50-60 in a medicated cycle, but maybe your doc could be more clearer on this, good luck to you!
