Anyone Play Sleeping Dogs?

It was called something else then became True Crime: Hong Kong. It got another name change and is now called Sleeping Dogs. Anyone play it yet? Looks good was wondering if I should pick it up, have heard good things about it.

I had the original on the old Xbox, it was ****ing awful, how much of an improvement is this game? I believe it was in development hell for a while, then I think Square or someone bought it, renamed it and fixed it up....
