Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Shame I've a 50 meg line but no option for a static ip

Well if you have a MyBookLive , they allow you to log into the box through there website. its handy if you need a file or word document.

Though its painfully slow so dont even think about streaming , cause it wont happen.

What kind of set up have you got ?

You could look at using something like dyndns on your router if it is capable of handling it to achieve the impression of a static IP

:D maybe I was getting slightly carried away.

I have all my media on an iMac and stream that around the house using my Ipad and Apple TV. The current setup works fine. I may get the NAS drive anyway. It would free up space on the mac
