Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Absolutely brilliant display from Everton, totally deserved that 3 points.

Well done Everton fans on here.

No complaints best team won by mile.

Im disgusted . Everton looked great at the back . United looked toothless going foreward.

    Great game fellaini. Exposed Carrick.

    Ridiculous comment. Grow up.

I wasn't serious. I don't want fergie to die. Calm

Tactically naive performance, Kagawa and De Gea our best players, Fellaini man of the match, Rooney, Nani and Evra were awful.

    Delighted for Everton.

Without sounding overly bitter - its great that despite our WB hammering we are still on the same points as UTD!

delighted for the "fans" singing hillsborough chants

Noticed that too, disgusting behaviour that sadly has become all too familiar.

Looks like Everton could push on from their position of 7th last season.

    Fully deserved winners.

Sluggish from United. No panic though.

Kagawa impressed, Cleverly looked composed. Nani was poor, Rooney looks unfit.

Disappointing of course, but I wouldn't be too disappointed considering we had Carrick in the centre : /

    Cue massive reactions for-

    Fergie Out.
    Fellaini In.
    City have the league.
    RVP is a flop.

Dire performance from United. Well done Everton.

I think some people are overreacting here. Bad performance but it's early days. Fergie will fix it and ya'll know it.

Everton played fantastic and deserved the win, totally dominated United's defensive weakness and were overall fantastic.

United looked like they've looked for the last three years, completely lacking a central midfield presence. Retarded transfer window again by Fergie, will never ever understand what the **** he's thinking. Still think we can do well in the league, but only because you can win the league if you dominate the bottom 12, which we can do with the midfielders we have.

Hon Everton what a result! WOuld love see them break top 4 probably not but a good start will help! GET IN

Not without signing one and prefferably two quality midfielders.

take not of where it says anfield and goodison
    http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-merseyside-18955495

From that article it points out that the allocation was cut because of Standing in the gangways . Which is the Entrance and Exit to a stand so it was Uniteds fans fault their allocation was cut because it seems to have been done on health and safety grounds .

Everton were brilliant tonight, everybody played their part well for them. Fellaini was immense.

United were owned in midfield throughout the game.

Its pity this thread is been ruined for people especially Everton fans who have had great victory, by people who want to talk about "possibly" what few fans have sang.

Stupid stupid post. As a UTD fan I can say I dont know any UTD fans or any clubs fans that think like this. Using that front page to score points or insult ppl shows you as a worse person and akin to the disgusting portrait of a yob football fan your trying paint.

  • Registered Users Posts: 7,238 ✭✭✭Deank

If the season was over this week etc etc.......

Fulham would win the league ;)

  • Registered Users Posts: 2,017 ✭✭✭Chagan

Well done to Everton and their fans. The better team won tonight.

What worried me most was how predictable we were. Every time the ball got to within 25 yards of goal it was passed out to Evra/Valencia who would then get blocked down or headed clear. We were just playing into their hands.

On the positive side, DDG made some great saves in the first half and Kagawa looks to be the real deal. Hopefully once we get some CBs fit we can push Carrick up and start using the ball a little smarter.

Fellani tonight reminded me of Sparky in his prime. Everton were excellent, hats off to them.

It was a chant during the game.

It's a very valid point to be discussing.

Also, it's fact not a possability.

  • Registered Users Posts: 7,238 ✭✭✭Deank

Really? It was there for all to hear tonight from the United fans.

Not from all, only from some, all sets of supporters have their gob****es, so stop trying to stir it and get back to football matters.

I said it at the start of this thread on page 4 or 5. This muck that Everton don't play well at the start of the season is a myth. Last season for example, we were all over teams but there were no strikers in the club to finish things off (unless you count Saha as a striker - which you wouldn't)
