I've been trying out Chocolate#9 Energy Gel (I think it might sometimes be called Agave#9 too) recently on long runs and found it good. It's low GI so it takes a little while to kick in but seems to keep energy levels and blood sugar levels stable for longer. Not as much crash and burn as other gels so good for longer…

I had picked up a few packets at an REI store last time I was in the states, but I haven't seen them available anywhere in Ireland. Does anyone know of anywhere that stocks them either in store or online with delivery to Ireland?
