Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

So, lets say due to the activities of some hacker or disgruntled isp employee all our Internet histories were published online.
All your friends/family/workmates/neighbours could see a complete list of every site you have visited over the last month.
Would people see you differently, remember that you can see theirs too.
Dont know the exact figures for average/normal pornage but I assume my 6 hrs per day is normal.

You know the horrors you feel with a really bad hangover.
Mine would be bad enough to kill me if my history was made public.

I feel queasy just thinking about it

The only thing I'd be worried about would be weird Google searches that'd look bad when viewed out of context (but are actually normal/just funny when explained why I searched for them). But, even then, meh. Everyone who knows me knows who I am (or has their mind made up anyway) so why would I be desperate enough to try and push them into believing in a perception of me that they probably won't anyway?

Wayyyyyy too much online stalking... people that I have no interest in either! It is just an awfully bad habit of mine. Nothing too creepy though. :o

I remember when the internet was new back in the late 90s (shut up nerds, it was new to me and my mates anyway) with dial up and my mate was asking how did it show up on the phone bill. We told him it was itemised like for phone calls. It shows what sites you were on, and when, and for how long.
The look of horror on his face was priceless :D

With the exception of porn, no, I wouldn't be too bothered.

But on the porn thing OP, would people be able to see the site I used or the particular videos I watched?

Site - Embarrassing, but I'd get over it.
Particular videos - I'd move, to a small tropical island, where the most advanced piece of technology was a wheelbarrow, and not tell anyone.

It was a typo, I meant that with WWForum. It should be WForum but I guess I should have just said wrestlingforum.

With the exception of 4chan and Reddit, I think I'd be alright. My family would not get the humour portrayed on those sites, especially /b/ on 4chan.

I wouldn't be too bothered, although I have one or two sites specialising in gentlemen's entertainment that I enjoy perusing occasionally. The real problem would be the amount of time spent rather than the content. I'd probably look at myself differently if I knew that.
