Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Pyjama people, now out at nightime too

Twice this week I've been in my local Maxol near 10pm where ladies caught short in the wardrobe dept were in for the milk & bottle of wine.
How long would it take to pull on a pair of jeans, seriously.
Is this because the morning taboo has been broken that it's acceptable at night time too.
Another fad from Dublin that is poisoning our once proud nation.
    I hang my head.

What? People have started to wear Pyjamas during the night time now?

    Well I never!

Is that 10pm, Co. Cork or 10pm, Co. Roscommon?

    Sleepwalkers.

    Sleepshoppers.

    Either that or lazy proles.

Well of course they are out and about at that

They don't get up before noon, not like they have jobs to go to

Pure laziness. Takes less than 5 minutes to throw on some casuals. Too much effort for some i suppose

surely this is a major step forward for these people. they're at least getting the time right if not the place.

I seen a group of youngones in the chipper last week, all in Pjs. It was about 8pm, full face of make up too, idiots.

    This is embarrassing.
As a proud Dubliner, I honestly can't believe I have to explain this: we like our women in the PJs, it's a massive turn on for us.

Paint the whole jacket with the same gloss paint so it blends in.

Then put it on, stand in front of the wall of same colour and do a funny dance while friend videos it for youtube. Upload to Youtube, call it "funny dancing legs, hands and head", put in crappy tags - cute kittens, cats, paris hilton, bl0wjob, etc, sit back and enjoy small time fame.

Impossible to get paint off a jacket.

You could however get the jacket off the paint.

You need a lighter, and some petrol.....

What could be more comfortable than something designed to sleep in?

I live in a respectable area so never see people in pyjamas on the street.

    Just accept your level, OP.

You live in the area as them so just learn to come to terms with these people as they are your social brethren.

Lately I have found myself coming home and getting into jogging bottoms because they are so comfortable, and going out in public in them even though I am not exercising. I am on a slippery slope.

    Not advice fail

He's grand now but if he takes that extra step he needs to come back to us for advice

I wasn't telling the lad to do it, in fact I was saying it was the worrying next step on his slippery slope!

You know what, the more weight I gain the less I wear jeans.
There has to be some sort of correlation

The cheek of them, I hope you gave them a filthy look and muttered something they couldn't make out, but still loud enough for them to know you didn't approve. It's the only way these people will learn.

I've been down to the local 24 hour petrol station late in the evening in my pajamas because I can't be bothered to change into jeans. It doesn't bother me. In fact, if I could live in my pajamas I would these days.
