Pat Rabbites 'task force' has put back its report again. Pat will take the rest of his ministerial career to read it and then he will retire. Meanwhile...in the real world beyond our useless department of communications.

Boland makes an interesting point – both Amazon and Apple are recruiting for employees in Ireland who can work from home; unless prospective employees have at least 4Mbps or 5Mbps broadband at home they needn’t apply for the jobs0
