Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Bluetooth pendant style microphone

    Hey

I'm looking for a bluetooth microphone which would be used in a classroom type situation, ideally it would be great to get a microphone that could be worn around presenters necks (like a pendant). This would be connected to a laptop which would be used to present to remote participants and also to record the session.

Alternatively, would it be possible to get a wireless mic that would connect back to a receiver which could be plugged directly into a deskphone - through a 3.5 mm jack?

Anybody seen or used one of these before?

if wanting to go bluetooth, then a standard bluetooth handsfree should do the job, it may not go around the neck, but will be discreet enough

Yeah I've considered the standard bluetooth in ear mic, but am uneasy asking multiple presenters to share this kind of mic (hygiene)

I've also considered just tying it to string for around the neck, I need to test this out as I think the pick up from the mic is quite a large drop off once you start moving away from the mouth
