    1. What is your budget?
€500ish, I’m hoping that’ll be enough for something decent seeing as a have some parts already.

    2. What will be the main purpose of the computer?
Video editing, photo editing, video streaming & general internet useage

    3. Do you need a copy of Windows?
    Yes.

    4. Can you use any parts from an old computer?
External DVDRW, 2TB Sata Drive, Wireless network card.

    5. Do you need a monitor? No

5b. If no, what resolution is your current monitor and do you plan to upgrade in the near future?
Have 2. A 24” and a 19” both have DVI inputs and would like to run them both for desktop space. Will have to check their resolutions later. No plans to upgrade

    6. Do you need any of these peripherals?
    No

    7. Are you willing to try overclocking?
    No

    8. How can you pay?
    Visa

    9. When are you purchasing?
    Asap.

    10. If you need help building it, where are you based?
    Should be okay.

Would a solid state drive help at all? I’ve only ever used Sata or IDE HDDs in the past so I’m a bit unsure of what advantages a SSD drive would give. They all seem quite small in size.

I’ll be connecting perhipals like scanner, camera, video camera, 2 or 3 powered external drives, webcam, external DVDRW to it via USB so would like some connectivity rather than relying on a USB hub.

No, I have XP and would like to continue to use it.

Thats becoming more and more of an issue on modern hardware.

Thanks, I've updated the spec. Guess I'll need to upgrade to win 7.
