Hi guys, Just wondering if the North Bank apartments have gotten any better? I'm looking to rent somewhere in the area.Any forums/feedback I am reading about them is very very negative. But it's also from at least 9 months ago, just wondering if anybody has heard of any improvements to the complex, managment, cleanliness…
