    I don't currently have a contract but had a fixed term contract previously which finished a couple of months ago. What are my rights?

    First take a look at how things are going in work.

    If things are busy and you have plenty of work then request a new contract.

    If things are a bit ropey, then keep your head down and work away as long as they are paying you and treating you well.
