cancelletion phoneline and broadband

    Hello,

    please i would like make cancellation of our phone line and broadband.
    On 21th august 2012 we phoned Eircom to cancel everything on the middle of september 2012 for reason moving.Please give me know soon is possible.

    Hi Jan,

    If you could PM me the account number I'll check the cancellations file to ensure your request has been logged. When you called, the team should have given you an address to cancel (probably email address). Have you sent the written notice yet? Send on the details and I'll confirm for you.
