Accepting a CAO offer and then changing mind

    Hi,
    What happens if I accept a CAO offer (3rd choice as I didn't get the points for my 1st choice), but now I've changed my mind and decided to repeat LC?
    Do I contact CAO or the college in question?
    Will I get stung for fees?

    if you don't register no fees will be paid to the uni by the gov.

    contact admissions of the uni and explain.
