Isbem level 3 buildings, what has the 2011 regs changed

As the title suggest.. I appreciate how arbitrary the question is , but what are people's experience's? By level 3 , I mean large complex buildings (in the past, I have worked on them but was never registered ) Thanks in advance

I would want to check bryan but as far as I can remember the part L 2011 regs are related to housing, I think theres a non domestic update to part L coming but it hasnt arrived yet as far as I know.
