She's better than I expected, not allowing him to dictate with his own Interpretations of questions

He's about as believeable as an airtricity door salesman

Surely Sunday times can sue him, David Walsh, Paul kimmage, Emma o'reilly

They can, but he's worth over $100m. Even if he lost half of that to lawsuits it's not really going to effect him all that much. The only thing he's worried about is a federal lawsuit and now that he has confessed they will come to some sort of arrangement outside of a court case. Job done as far as he and his legal advisers are concerned.

For the imbeciles present...what exactly does that mean?

"The Statute of Limitations imposes a limit on the right of action so that after a prescribed period any action will be time barred"

I think the suggestion is that it would be too late now for companies to sue for recovery of prize money, sponsorship money etc.

    There's Walsh now...

    Yes, but he's still great
hes not exactly on the ropes though, pretty calm and calculated. Taking a pause on the big questions to remember what hes been practicing to say!

Surely she'll reference Walsh and possibly kimmage more than that

Saying he didn't dope past 2005 keeps him safe from perjury.

I don't think so. I believe the SCA case related to performances in 2004.

He may have lost most of his cycling titles at this point but he is setting a world record for the most lies told in a confessional interview here.

There has been nothing believable said since the yes/no exchange at the start.

This is damage limitation from Lance.

Deny doping in 2009 due to statute of limitations.

Say nothing about Ferrari because he has all the evidence to really annihilate him.

Walsh was brushed over quickly, Kimmage not mentioned, bassons not mentioned by name. Let's see if anyone gets an apology.
