The package weighs 3.1 kilos so it has to be books. I have a €10 bet on that it is 3 books.

It must be something spectacular for a guy to demand the package not be opened for 100 years, if it was books i don't see why it had to wait exactly or there-abouts for this amount of time. It could be an alien communications device.
