Late application for accomodation UCD

I didn't know about the queue for UCD residences and I signed up just now and it says "There are 777 places assigned to this category and you are number 3494 in the queue" What are the chances that I will get a place? It says

Given that over 1000 people were removed from the queue last night (people around 2000 jumped to 1000) presumably because they accepted a different offer, then i would say if you still have 3500 ahead of you, your chances are very very slim.
