    take protein shakes after workouts am wondering just how much protein can the body absorb at once without the rest being deaminated and then removed through the urine and how long does it take for it to be absorbed into the bloodstream and put to its use of repair and growth.currently i take about 70-120grams from my shakes.also im also curious should i get createnine supplements are they worth it for toning up
