Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Why did BR spend £10.5m to get Borini?

Jesus, give him a chance mate! He's only just arrived at the club.

Lucas injured in the warm up before the game, strange to even risk him.

    The fcuk, ref? Free out?

I'm not saying it was a free in, but Sterling certainly didn't foul Toure

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 40,907 ✭✭✭✭Xavi6

Lol not sure how that was a free out

  • Banned (with Prison Access) Posts: 10,259 ✭✭✭✭Melion

    Balls, a fraction too late

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 38,247 ✭✭✭✭Guy:Incognito

Was he caught between shooting and pulling that back for Gerrard?

How in the blue hell are we winning this?

Because we've scored one more than them.

Hard system but you'll get the hang of it!

What an awful finisher Suarez is.

    * Cue brilliant finish before the end of the game.

  • Registered Users Posts: 5,438 ✭✭✭livinginkorea

Suarez really has to be putting these away...we can't plate it up all the time for him.

I'm hoping that means it's not too serious

This ref is doing me head in. He doesn't give a free when Balotelli fouls Coates in the first half. Then he gives a free when Balotelli decides to dive. Then awards a free against Sterling when nothing happens. Bloody hell.

Woohoo we got a free kick

Should play Borini centrally and Suarez wide right (best position!) for a bit at the very least.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 3,623 ✭✭✭double GG

The ball was delayed a fraction too late which meant Suarez had to slow up and allowed the defender to get back to Suarez. I wouldn't blame Suarez.

Kolo can't even find a blue shirt with a throw in :o

Joe Allen - 100% pass accuracy in the first half 21/21

That's astonishing against this team, in a very quick-paced match.

I can see Downing coming on for Borini at some stage, keep the width either side of Suarez...

That's ruined your stats there Allen...

A misplaced pass, has he caught something from Stevie G? A little Hollywood maybe?

    Hospital ball to Shelvey

Christ on a bike, that could have been a cracking assist from Allen.

1-0 down, bring on Rodwell for Nasri

  • Registered Users Posts: 5,438 ✭✭✭livinginkorea

Ah Suarez look up. Waste of a cross.

Interesting change coming up. Rodwell on, need to get a foothold in the middle I suppose.

Who to come off? Get rid of Ballotelli?

Que a striker on in next few minutes. Mancini does this a fair bit.

Sterling has been impressive. Any chance he becomes a regular starter this season?

Yep Nasri it is, not sure what the thinking is either. Will show us all if he bangs in the equaliser I suppose.

What do they give players who are under 18 that get man of the match? Cant give them champagne

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 40,907 ✭✭✭✭Xavi6

    outnumbered in midfield?

Probably, because I haven't seen Yaya for half an hour

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 7,872 ✭✭✭Dickerty

    Boy, do they miss Aguero...

Surely will...if he isn't sold off. Would be worth a decent amount now if FSG have their way!

Jack Wilshere got MOM when he was just 16 and they couldn't give him the champagne so they gave it to Fabregas I think it was who was with him.
