Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I'm not a vegetarian for the record. I've dabbled at it in the past but could never stick it (My love for BLT's outweighs my ethical cornerns about factory farming, sad to say :o) But anyway. Does a vegetarian diet retard muscle growth? Should you be using weights etc. if you are a vegetarian?

Yes it retards it, depending on how strict your are with protein sources.

Yes, you should be lifting weights on it.

Yes, you can still build muscle.

It's not optimal, but it is what it is!

As a former veggie I'd have to agree! Even using protein I always found it harder to gain muscle. I never found out why and from my little understanding of nutrition there shouldn't be a difference but I could never square the circle.
