Anybody able to recommend someone to service at least two gas boilers in the Cork city center area?

Self employed overheads € 16,000

Van + diesel = per year € 11000
Public liabilty insurance €1080 providing cover of €6.5 million.
Accountants fees € 1200
+tools + phone+overheads+ Van repairs+tyres + time not working as in no calls or sickness.

+ material on job !

+ 13.5% VAT

+ personal income Tax.

I charge €120-00 for professional oil boiler service. + I gaurantee all my work.

I can't figure out why I'm so bizy and have to turn down new customers in the Autum !!
I'm only doing it for 20 years.
I give a reciept.= It means full insurance + gaurantee ! And been registered !

It was a brief offer at a time when I was quieter. You can get more work ongoing or at worst it costs me nothing

Contact Bord Gas, they charge €90 and it goes onto your gas bill, no money changes hand.

Had a bord gas fella out a few years ago.He had the gas turned off, serviced the boiler and then spent a few minutes trying to restart it. He ended up blowing the circuit board, (everything worked fine before the service) went outside and turned the gas back on, came in and tried unsuccessfully (obviously)to get it going. He tried to charge me for a new circuit board, installation etc I told him he blew it by not having the gas on, he tried convincing me he had turned it back on before restarting it. Only for being in the room all the time he would have caught me .
I told him to leave and he did. Rang bord gas complaining and to be fair 2 days later they replaced the circuit board for free I've never used them since, but that's my only experience with them, I'm sure others have had good experiences though.
