Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Vodafone Smart 2 unlock

    Is there anyway to unlock the Smart 2 from Vodafone? That arabic version only roots it doesn't unlock it!

    I second that...
    I thought ya could unlock android phones by getting the code out of a file on the phone :/ did that with an older phone!
    Cant find anything on the web for unlocking this, was even looking for a company to pay to unlock it, but the provider code they ask for doesnt match :/

    I unlocked mine through Vodafone a couple of months ago, they give you 3 NAC codes to use a year I think. I got them from the website using the IMEI number of the phone. I followed the steps from the website and job done. Tested it with a Polish sim card and it worked, happy out!

    Im PAYG by the way and you need to top up by a certain amount in 6 months to qualify for these codes.

    yeh through vodafone is the only option iv seen that worked!
    i just got the phone second hand since i lost my last phone! im in the middle of a contract!
    think its 120/150e in 6 months!
    got the phone for 50squid xD

    Anyone find a way of unlocking this?

    Tempted to pick one up for €39.99 but would need it unlocked. Any I believe Vodafone only give you the code if you've spend a certain amount on credit first?

    Not yet.
    And yeh thats what i said in me post, gotta top up by either 120 or 160 in the last 6 months!
