Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Just wondering, any plans to be able to implement that captcha fiasco that vodafone have decided to include on their website before sending webtexts?

Is this why texts aren't being sent today and getting an error message?

I must be way out of the loop because work pays for my phone, but surely texts are cheap enough these days that nobody uses eirtext anymore.

Plus there is iMessage, Whatsapp messanger as well as many many more

Another unhelpful and non customer centric move. The sooner they realise that helping customers will create loyal, sustainable revenue the better.

I have used eirtext pro from the start and I'm highly pissed off that Vodafone have blocked this app from using their web texts.

It has now made this app useless for me when it was one of my most used apps!!

Isn't the mod of this forum vinnycoyne one of/the developer(s) of eirtext?

Could we get him to comment here?

Thought as much tbh, the thing is, once someone gets your login details via phishing sites or what not, entering a captcha just once seems like a piss poor deterrent!
