Am i correct in assuming its not worth going for the one Eircom are offering me for €50 (or free if I renew my 12 month contract)? If so, what ones should i be going for? Living in a medium size semi d at the moment so want one with decent enough range. It will be used for a desktop, 2 laptops a few mobiles and a tablet. Any help advice greatly appreciated as I'm buying replacement in the morning. Regards, Lash

I had a bit of bother with VF so became a bit of an expert on modem/routers, that was how i learnt of this tp version. I ended up with a netgear dgn3000 that i got for 50 euro on ebay, almost brand new, it was a fluke but i am happy. read this link that explains the differencehttp://www.amazon.co.uk/Whats-difference-between-this-TD-W8960N/forum/Fx2X01I629KLHM/Tx2C1K88PDXIJ1Q/1/ref=cm_cd_dp_ef_tft_tp?_encoding=UTF8&asin=B004ERXXHC and then go here to see the images and you will see the one in argos is wrong.http://uk.tp-link.com/products/?categoryid=212 and its not unusual to have the wrong pic with a product. ok
