Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    St.Patricks 0-0 Sligo Rovers

Decent match played in front of a great crowd in Inchicore.in a game of open football a draw was probably a fair result, if either team deserved to win Pats would have claimed that accolade purely as they had to win to have a realistic chance of winning the league.

Decent, attacking football from both teams, with a decent referee in the middle.

Rovers go 9 points clear of Drogheda, and 11 clear of Pats / Shamrock. Rovers

Not a single bar of "The fields of Arhenry" was sung all night. Credit to both sets of fans for a great night.

League is realistically out of our hands now so if not us, i really hope Sligo go on to win it. They brought down a great crowd last night and not a bit of trouble out of them, unlike others!

Would be great to see Sligo win it.

Enjoyed the night last night. Good to be able to drink locally to the ground with no hassle. Pats fans were a credit on the ground and in the bar.

Thought that was for the cup ( going by the title ).

Or are we not allowed have a separate thread for the league?
