It's week 1. There was no way he deserved an 8! They are just starting out.

The judges are being too nice with their 6 & 7's.

Some deserved 4's but hey, we don't want to upset any of them!

Finally someone who can actually sing. Not a great song but he's doing well with it. Great vocal.
