Returning Student/Payment of Fees/Deadline?

Does anyone know what the closing date is for the payment of fees for a returning student? I'm not anxious to hand over my credit card any sooner than necessary! Thanks

I have the inside track

Students must register by the start of lectures on September 17th. Failure to do so means they can't access DIT services such as getting their student card, logging onto pcs, using the health center.
Students can register with the institute in one of three ways:
- paying fees in full
- paying fees in installments
- confirming that they have applied for a grant
Failure to do one of these three by October 31st will incur a €200 penalty on the students' account. Furthermore, failure to do so will mean that the student cannot avail of the payment by installments option.
