Trouble with Grant site?

Whenever I try and fill out the social welfare section, it doesn't work right and I have to go out of it and back in and start that page all over again only for it to stop working again. Been trying to fill it out for a month, what am I supposed to do?

Did you try another browser? CDVEC is fond of IE.
