    Not bad, could be worse.

KB swings really need to be done with higher reps than 10. I've a 55kg who has trained for more than a few weeks capable of doing that w/ 24kg.

Get some core work in - one anti flexion (think plank variation) and one anti-rotation (landmines maybe).

    And where's the gun work?

Yes I do agree with with the plank and maybe some press ups.
    Thanks again.

good and basic i like it.
id swap lat pulldown for chinups if poss.
and id do incline bench rather than flat on the second day to mix it up.
i find direct arm work is unnecessary...:)

best advice ive had : hit it hard for 8 weeks and see how it works out for you.

nout wrong with adding milk either :)

Thanks for the advice I agree With the unnecessary arm work, why spent lots of time on one muscle (bicep/tricep) you could be doing a few together.

Gonna try this for 12wks and see how go, as for milk I have it comin out me ears lol on 5000kl per day.

Add 7 more sets to every exercise, short rests between sets & no crying.
