Burst pipe regional

Anyone know what exactly happened outside the regional hospital this morning? There was extreme flooding just by the bus stop and the center of the road looked like it was completely lifted ( presumably burst pipe) but some damage all the same! Great timing too woith scholls back:( God knows how long it will take to…
