Live.ie Account Hacked??? - Help Please

    I think my boyfriends Live.ie account may have been hacked .... I'm not sure!

    I had been using it and he had it open on his iPhone also, later in the day I tried to access it again from the laptop and it gave a warning stating that it thought someone else was using his account.

    I followed the instruction to reset the password and as requested I entered an alternative email address to receive the reset link from Microsoft, when I click on the link it says there is a temporary issue and to try back later. I have tried this numerous times and it keeps saying the same thing.

    He uses his Live.ie account for work so its urgent that we get access to it.

    I notice that my hotmail account looks differnt, like they upgraded and they changed all the graphics...

    Would apppreciate any help anyone can offer please:)

    can you enter the account? Hotmail has upgraded so things will look differnt so dont worry about that bit.Google the message that you get when you try to reset it.It may bring you to to the Microsoft site and see if they have a post about the problem
