Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

@XAVI well I checked my aib account and it says available funds is what my last balance was(deducted by my recent transaction) but I see no statement saying 117 was paid online on 29/8/2012 to schuh

no im not in a good mood, my money looks like it has literally dissapeared into nothing, I need to know how i can trace it if these ****s in schuh don't say I ordered
Is there any proof I can give them? for example proof that my balance was a certain ammount and now my current balance clearly shows the cost of the shoes I bought, computer history etc.

Jesus Christ man, you won't have it on your statement because it's reserved away, they haven't gotten the money, as long as you don't confirm purchase you'll get it back or should. If it's not back in 10 days or you receive the shoes call both your bank and Schuh.

I've never confirmed nothing anytime I've bought stuff online. How do I confirm if they haven't sent me anything in the first place, not like AIB will say 'here pal you wanna pass this transaction'

I think you've got the wrong number.

But lemme get this straight, its not that big of a deal I'm not seeing 'Schuh-117' on my bank statement...yet?
If I get a reply back from them and they say 'no order was placed' what the hell do I do?

Send me your bank details - I'll look it up for you.

(Anyone else surpised at how long it's taking to lock this thread??)

Everything I don't like is either woke or fascist - possibly both - pick one.

If you got to the part where you enter your card or bank details and you go past that part, you probably did confirm. Call Schuh customer care in the morning early and cancel it if you can.
