these breaks are killing any kind of momentum the show is building towards, they will probably take another month break soon for the winter Olympics,

Think they are trying to stretch it out till Winter Soldier is in the Cinemas, couple of tie in episodes are planned probably similar to the Thor follow up episode as in no big stars will appear but the theme of the episode will follow up the film.

Best episode so far, glad to say the show is on an upwards curve finally. Sucks we have to wait a month for the next episode.

The episodes are getting better, loved the action in it & did Coulson tell everything to Skye?

as i wonder how will her powers manifest later on, as maybe it will come out if when someone is forced in to danger, as its not really helping her now :P

Just one more month to wait, at least we got to see Stan Lee

I cried, Coulson is such a hypocrite keeping secrets from Skye. Great to see a cameo though Stan Lee really has to be in everything.

I don't usually like episodes where they do it over and over from the different perspectives,but this was very good.

Starting to become one of those shows I look forward to, rather than watching out of some sort of loyalty, which is what it was like at the beginning...

At first i thought i hit the rewind button when i saw the same sequence again or got a bad copy, would watch it again.

It's like they're trying to kill it though, Christmas break, back for 2 episodes, 3 week break, back for an episode and then a month break. Terrible scheduling

I can't really think of any network show that doesn't do this every 4 years tbh.

I've always been a fan of this story telling technique....and it worked really well seeing all the different perspectives.

It was excellent!....a 5/5 from me...just well paced and acted, i was shocked when Quinn not only did it once....but twice! :eek:

Very good performance from Chloe Bennet is that sequence....she really sold it!

Coulson!.....he really does have such a fatherly connection to her!

Did anyone else expect Skye to start glowing or something?....i deffo felt a magical sequence was about to start. I bet Quinn was under orders from The Clairvoiant to do that, season finale will likely bring her into play.

Stan got all of 20 seconds, really show?....well, its his longest cameo to date :P

I was surprised after watching this. A GOOD EPISODE!!! Never thought I'd see the like from Agents of SHIELD! If they can make episodes like this the standard then there might be hope for the show!

It annoyed me when Stan Lee popped up. It was unnecessarily long - however, it was a good episode. I was expecting Skye's apparent power to finally show itself, just like Nathan in Misfits.

Based on the synopsis for the next episode this could be a magical episode!

it was the napa valley wine train....google. they used compositing to insert the italian shots...like the three mountain peaks

Only part that looked dodge was the parachute bit. Otherwise still impressive!

It's a very well put together show for the most part.

I think there's really only been one properly bad episode and it's seriously upped it's game over the past few.

Just a pain in the arse that the schedule is all over the shop.

We stopped watching it before Christmas, decided to give it another chance, and it is getting better, but what is it with U.S shows breaking for a month or more, back a few eps, then off again, back again, then off again.
Makes it very hard to follow, I enjoyed this ep but was really annoyed about the break again.
I'm hoping next ep shows Skye (who I really disliked at first), having some glimpse of a hidden power, definitely seems like they are hinting at a connection with Coulson to me, anyone else?

Half Asgardian?....or is SHE the Clairvoiant! :eek:

Early this season they had Skye undercover working for the hacker group....then that plot was dropped. This is a Wheadon family show.....it would not surprise me if they did that on purpose, to throw everyone off the scent.

But they had a season long plan for Skye and in the finale.....BOOM!, she is the clairvoint and big bad all along!

I still think Coulson is her father....maybe SHIELD scrubbed his memories of that as well?

Skye is an 084, unknow origin I would guess she is an alien, maybe Skrull they can take on human appearance, her memories are vague too, or she could be something entirely different, lets hope we find out soon.
