Painter Decorator in Laois

Hi all, Can anybody recommend a good painter in Laois to repaint an exterior of a house? This part of the country seems to have a high quota of chancers as far as trades are concerned. So if you can recommend anybody that does quality work and is insured, I'd be most grateful. Thanks
