I'm going to view my scripts this weekend but I was wondering if I appeal and I go up and get enough points for my course will I still be offered it even though I accepted my course that I was offered in round 1? I got my back up but I still want to try and get my first choice which is possible if I go up a few points.

yes, you can always be offered a course higher up the list than the one you've accepted. So if you accepted your second choice, your points go up on appeal and make you eligible for your first choice, you will then be offered your first choice.
