Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Took me a very long time to pick this one up but it's ridiculously true. If you're chatting to a girl and she keeps touching / playing with her hair or repeatedly applying lipstick, or fiddling with her clothes for no obvious reason or anything like that, she's at the very least subconsciously attracted to you. And because this is something which happens on an instinctive level, it's extremely difficult to fake.

    Seriously, anyone else look back at girls they liked when they were younger and want to kick themselves for not realizing she was almost definitely interested? :o

    The preening thing wasn't meant as a joke in case you were thinking that, it's pretty well documented and since I heard of it I've come to notice it far more. It's amazing how many automatic impulses humans still have, despite how much we pretend that we're totally in control of ourselves at all times :D

    Do not listen to any of the above Fester me ould mucker. Women touch their hair all the time, it's really long, it's basically half way to their hands already. They apply lipstick becuase it wears off (kissing all the other lads) and they fiddle with their clothes ALL the time anyway!

    This does NOT mean they are "at the very least" "subconsciously" attracted to you.

    I don't know why this would happen on an instinctive level and not a conscious level. I just don't.

    I mean what woman does not make a conscious decision to apply lipstick? :confused:

    No, I know very well what AH is like. I just don't get the point of complaining when you know how it'll turn out.
