    Just as a FYI, anyone who is let go on a 457 is legally entitled to a flight home (and any dependant/defacto), most companies never mention this.

    It will all depend on what sector you are in. People in medical care would be fine I suspect.

    Personally, it won't affect me but if I was let go for some reason, I would be fine with it. As Hussey says, they have to pay for your flight home.

    Last company would take me back in a heart beat... But yeh should be alright aside from that. Have had 4 offers before joining this company which I joined a few weeks ago.

    Seems for now Surveyors are hugely in demand.
