There not going to do this unless there was a noticeable speed difference to 3G. Customers would notice this don't you think? And the whole purpose of this is to increase broadband speeds across the country.

People hear fantasy speeds from the LTE marketing departments and expect it to happen here, however as explained previously Comreg have wrecked that particular fantasy. Of course the speeds in the first place are dreamed up by the same departments and have little or no basis in reality.

No the purpose is not to increase "broadband" it's to increase revenues for the mobile companies, the ordinary people really don't matter...

I haven't looked into what the capabilities are all that much. But that doesn't add up what your saying. If there is going to be this kind of investment 350 million euros worth. There not going to do this unless there was a noticeable speed difference to 3G. Customers would notice this don't you think? And the whole purpose of this is to increase broadband speeds across the country.

Eh, Sorry, the whole point in Comreg releasing more spectrum is to make money, we've sworn to the Germans we can make millions on it. The country is losing because the regulators main aim is not to regulate, but to make money. They're just letting the market sort itself out and cherry pick areas for investment, the new spectrum has a much lighter 70% population requirement.
