Update to Part L (Non Dwelling)?

Was just wondering if anyone knows what the status is on the update to Part L 2008 for non dwellings. I have heard through a few sources that an update was in progress, but there is no info on the environ.ie website. Does anyone know when there might be a draft issue available?

Last I heard was the non domestic regs due in 2013 (a 40% improvement of 2005) were being pushed back a year. In fact the whole Part L was to be reviewed this year with a look at broader sustainability topics and flexibel approaches to energy. However with the lack of building activity and knee jerk reaction to priory hall and the lack of building control, nothing is being done.
