Budget max 650€... a lot of options

Hi!

First of all, sorry for my English. I just arrived to Ireland and I'm trying to improve it

I'm reading this forum since a few weeks ago and I found some good advices from you to buy my new laptop, but anyway I need your help to find my perfect laptop.

My budget is between 550-650€ max, delivery included. I'm going to use the laptop for the usual Internet stuff, skype, a little bit of video editing and photoshop, and maybe a partition of ubuntu. Not extreme gaming, but I want to play to the future Simcity. Nice to have at least 1 usb 3.0 and NO Acer (I had a have a bad experience with my aspire one)
