UPC & frequent drop outs

I have noticed a big increase in the amount of connection drops with my UPC BB, never had this problem before but for the last 2~3 weeks it happens at least 3 times a week, drops last about 1~3mins, Dublin 7 area, anyone else having issues in my area?

Not your area (D10), but had drop out nearly every morning when I was off for a few weeks about two months ago, usually between 10-11 and for 2-30 mins, very annoying
