Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Where to start,

    I'll begin with what Im hoping to end up with. 4 TVs and 1 projector all with the ability to show PC,PS3 and 2 x UPC HD+ boxes. Probably going to use some sort of matrix switch in a central hub to accomplish this

    One of the TVs will be in the same location as the projector screen so that feed from the matrix will be split as I will never be able to watch both at the same time anyway. I would like 5.1 surround sound in the room with projector.
    Is this my best option or is there cheaper options?
    I have no idea on how this might be hooked up to incorporate the surround sound.

    I will leave it at that for the mo and see what you good folk think. Any thoughts and opinions are much appreciated.


    Could I possible combine this With a few of these to get the same result but cheaper??

    So after a good bit of hunting around I found THIS. So with some hdmi extenders I was hoping this would help achieve the result Im after. Anyone have any experience with this item??
    Can you recommend any others??
    Any thoughts would be much appreciated.

    your probably looking for a multi-room audio system like Nuvo or Russound c-series with a video matrix, but you seem to be on a very tight budget, so these are maybe out of your price range.
