Trying to close my account from abroad

    Hi

    I left my house a week ago and have my final meter reading,
    But when i call the international number (+353 1 8529534 ) from abroad,
    on Skype it automatically hangs up after 5-10 seconds and says no answer.

    If i send the account number, mrpn, and meter readings can someone close my account ?

    That no problem at all - if you send those details via PM we can close the account for you. And if you would also include your contact number and date of birth (for data protection purposes) that would be great.
