Wrong House reposessed in Adare

    Limerick golf professional Lee Harrington (38)got a surprise when he arrived home to find he was locked out of his own house in Adare Co.Limerick.When he eventually gained entry he discovered that his water and electricity were knocked off and he had to vacate his home and stay in a nearby hotel.It turned out to be a case of mistaken identity and a furious Mr.Harrington has contacted his legal people.
    How can this happen in this day and age and who gives anyone the right to force entry to someones house,change the locks and get the amenities turned off.

    According to the link to the other forum the person affected is speaking to his legal people, which means this is an ongoing legal case, which isn't a permitted discussion topic on boards.
