Got an offer for Eversheds by phone last night... they may not have done all the phone offers at one go though, some firms are more haphazard about it

DE have sent out their rejections going by the posts on this. I am yet to hear anything from them & I'm hoping that I will get a call for a 2nd interview. Debating whether or not to call them to see what the story is....

I didn't interview with BW, so I'm no help to u unfortuntely

yeah i got a letter attached2an email from then. i thought they'd called ppl2tho. really wierd u havent heard either way. i'd imagine you're entitled2ring saying my friends have been told n i havent.

I know its still far enough away but i'm just wondering since most of the applications for internships in the big firms will be opening in January do they usually just go for the top undergrads or do they consider graduates or even people with a few FE-1's or a masters as well?

I didnt but I think they already picked those for the interviews as my friend was called for an interview with them. I think it was the Monday just after the deadline of the previous Friday that they called her.

How did people find the RDJ interview? Had mine today and it was very general, barely lasted 15 mins!

I had mine Monday as well, very informal and only about 20-25 minutes as well. When did they say you would hear back?

It was very informal and relaxed, know your cv and why you wanted to do law.
When is your interview?

Sorry I was away the last few days. Mine was before Christmas, it was pretty friendly/informal and was up to around the 25 minute mark aswell. I'm not sure when we are are going to hear back.

They said they were planning on doing 2nd round interviews next week so I would imagine we should hear by tomorrow hopefully!

They did say to me they wished to have their process complete by the end of the month. So hopefully this means that they will contact people this week for second round next week! As this would still easily fit in with their 'by the end of the month' aim.

Yeah it was for 2nd round, my interview is not till next week so they might still be calling people, it's in Galway this time.

Don't know about summer internships. Also I didn't go to UCC.
