Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi folks,

I am looking for some advice for a friend with regards to teaching qualifications in further education. She has been accepted onto the PGCE (further education) at university of ulster and also got accepted onto the masters of education in Queens Belfast, both are at level 9. She has a honours degree in early years education and she is interested in delivering childcare course. she has just registered with the teaching counsil of Ireland.

She does know that she does not require any of the above course as she has registered before April 2013. However, she would love to get advice from someone with experience in recruitment of tutors or anyone working in a similar field. would the course be of any benefit when job seeking? and if so which one would be best.

I forgot to say she got into both courses because she has 4 years experience tutoring but not within childcare area.
